The Democrats couldn't ask them for anything better than that! :-) Impeachment is a remedy, a cleansing process. No result is guaranteed. That fact that a majority of the House and a majority of the Senate will find Clinton unfit for office is a good but not perfect result. Far better than an unconstitutional gimmick like censure. Clinton will be shunned by any respectable Dem candidate in 2000 and his party will lose to Bush.
