I agree they may not tell you but they may give you the indication that it's a considered option. When stocks go below 10 cents you have to wonder if they are planning to restructure. My source told me this was not a consider option that they were planning to ride it out.
I spoke to someone this morning they told me they don't talk to investors so I wouldn't use their name. I was trying to confirm the increase in revenue from 96 to 97 it from 1.2 mil to 5.6 mil I wanted to know if some of the 5.6 mill was an asset sale, My source said no this is revenue from their various operations. They are currently commissioning a the new plant which he mentioned is always a challenging task for a new plant. when this is done they will be ready for full production. With the two plants they could potentially do 24 mill, plus they are doing about 600,000 US from Clean Care. This appears to be a solid company. I also confirmed that some fund did dump 4 mil shares.

We need to dig deep and confirm that is truly a over sold situation. It appears so.

Talk to to Mr Murray and Mr Bromley I will call Mr Bromley tomorrow.

Also a fund sells to get the tax loss, if that fund new the company was a solid company do you think they would buy it back in 30 days?

In Summary
-Oil prices drop
-they commission a new plant (going through start up problems)
-a fund dumps 4 mil shares
