Completely untrue. Jim Rogers is net long the U.S. stock market, and has been for the entire bull market since 1990. He went long bank stocks and T-Bonds in the dark days of the 1990 recession. He rode a heavy, leveraged, long position in T-Bonds as yields fell from 8% in late 1994 to 6% in 1995.
