Terry the stock dropped in price over the past few months because there was a seller who was dumping into the market... and hence our float grew by quite a large multiple. The float is still manageable, and even more so considering the current share price. Simply put, the volume in trades in conjunction with a price drop scared away many potential investors.

The principles are the same and Calkins has not veered from his projected business plan, so I feel that we will see a turn around soon. This will happen after financials are posted and investors can see that the 2.8M is for real along with the number of shares, authorized, issued and public float are known.
