Only if you are an arbitrager, keep the shares. I don't know when the actual buying by Holmes will take place, probably in the next month or so. Its bid at 13 3/8 to reflect the very slight chance that it may not be taken out at 13 3/4 (if one of the parties breaches the contract). This is always the case that its bid lower until the actual takeover happens. I am selling at 13 7/16 for my 8000 shares. Good luck.
