Terms of the settlement are confidential and prevent Franklin from disclosing details, including whether or not anything was paid by either party as part of the settlement. Greg Evans, Connect America's president, recently pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for crimes committed against AT&T. Those crimes are the focus of AT&T's civil lawsuit and Franklin expects the lawsuit to continue in relation to parties other than Franklin.
