i think so. mandl's statement was so transparently intended to steal attention from WCII's big day that the market ignored it. TGNT up 17%, ARTT up 17%, on WCII coattails. gotta wait for SteveG to report how the analysts read this. my surface read is that we should open tomorrow at around 160, but what do i know? :-) mark
