To my knowledge, no one has an EUV light source being used today. CYMI has a concept which they feel will lead to a superiour EUV light source than that described by EUV LLC.

This was discussed by Akins in a conference call that Scott McInnes documented for us about a year ago on this thread.

Your description sounds similar to my understanding of EUV LLC's approach. (or should I have said "misunderstanding"?)
