CYMI has a concept which they feel will lead to a superior EUV light source than that described by EUV LLC.

Bob's and your technical expertise have a way of ameliorating people's anxieties.

For the layman, what this means is that CYMI feels they are likely to have the superior alternative for future generations of lithography.
