Dear Ram: I still would like to know where the selling coming from; I am not sure that it is tax loss related. I sent an email to company asking if insiders were selling as I dont have a timely insider trader report. No answer yet. Dont know if that is good or bad. Just remember founders own something like 87% of stock. So far they havent sold anything. If they were to begin to it would certainly be a reason for stock to fall. More supply than demand. JDN
