Deep, I could see a situation developing where GMGC wouldn't get bought out, but would sell another substantial stake in its company for a cash infusion that would help alleviate some of the cash flow headache.

It certainly looks like they are at least allowing for that alternative by their recent actions.

Theoretically, a company that has a strategic alliance with GMGC buys a 5% stake in GMGC for $9/share, GMGC raises $15 million, provides the credibility for GMGC to get another $15-20 million via a line of credit, GMGC avoids another difficult financing , GMGC buys another year of (decreasing) cash burn, and the investing company gives themselves a piece of the action in a massive developing industry.

It is going to take a little more dilution one way or another to get us where we want to go. It is pure conjecture, but not all that far fetched, imho.

Seconds Out.
