Keith, "THANK YOU" for following up on this issue. I had a call in to Waterhouse-Corp Reorganization Dept, yesterday and they called back and said the problem was with the company. So, finally we'll see those shares: quickly. I know this issue has been addressed and tracked and the problem was not with CVIA. Good "help" is still hard to find. God Bless
