Hi guys....

Despite the post I put here, I was pleased regarding the news put out.

So, now, it only fair that I state that I called the co. this morning. And yes, if the price continues upward or at least maintains, along with the "real news" PR, that they are really going forward and backing in McLaughlin Engineering plus not using shares, thus adding dilution, it would appear that they may not possibly have to do a 1-10 RS, or if an RS is necessary, then it will in all likelihood be a smaller RS, if the price continues like it has today. It may be one that the shareholders will be able to embrace. It will depend upon the price. I originally tried to tell Larry that night that the shareholders had been burnt badly and were very leary, and an RS would not help, but be viewed negatively by a lot of us. So, it does seem that some of my conclusions and assumptions were not correct, but I am at least glad I was wrong in a way that will work for the shareholders, rather than against them.

You guys have a good one!
