Had another idea....

Another reason for the low volume was the new rules went into effect today for Nasdaq (I think). With the new rules the Market makers no longer have to be willing to buy/sell 1000 shares at a given price, but rather 100. This will make it harder for SOES bandits to manipulate the system, make it harder for the M & M's to make money and make it harder to get 1000 shares at a given price. I wonder how these rules will effect small cap stocks like CMTR in the long run?
