you are absolutely right, encryption has been around for years like computer hardware; however, per your article this morning on CMP, one can teach an old cyberdog new tricks especially when so many servers are vulnerable to attack.
i think this is a really a paradigm shift - new game.
so, how many encryption companies of the past have changed into ones of today. not sure. i don't think SDTI or Checkpoint were around then, i.e. computer hardware - certainly IBM, AT&T, Lucent??, but the game is changed, lots more pieces - internet starving companies wanting to do business.
essentially, JAWZ, can have a piece of the pie, albeit very small, but hey, i'm talking 46 cents!!
thanks for your message to me. |
