I know... I read all the stuff, but still I would like a word with the CEO and ask why he would add that to the report. It isnt needed, and really makes the stock look bad. IMO if he leaves out that part and showed some confidence in the company then the stock would reflect that. Anyone know the ticker for the Preferred shares? In light of that report and a lack of a good press release, the stock is likely dead in the water.. Traded like crap today. What is his motives for the company? I would like to know that and why he chose to end the report on such a negative note?
