George you are right about the DTC... so on the next stock distribution you are elected to deal with them <LOL> From around 11 this morning ( When John O posted) I was dealing with these "people", around and around the phone mail we went, then when transfered to even more stranger people than that... everyone is not responsible.... after a fax or two.... then about 330 I asked "ok what can we do to correct this.." the answer "well since we cant find the paper you can always file another declaring the distribution date 12/18 and fax it to me." I ask "is that all????" Answer "yes thats all" I ask "so you mean we have been stalled for the past month and I have been on the phone about 4 hours today... and all I need to do is fax you another form, to replace the one that was lost??????" Answer "yes that is all" I ask "why didnt some one tell me this a few weeks ago... or even a few hours ago would have been nice...." Answer " I dont know... not my department" Anyhow I think all this is fixed. KAA
