Special INFORMATION from management given at AGM .... Thassico «««« Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to briefly introduce to you our entire plan of action regarding the technology implementation process. As you are certainly aware of, every new technology has to go through a rigorous evaluation performance You will find enclosed in your kit (page 2 on the right side) a diagram that represents the entire procedure step by step including its timetable. The primary goal is to put in place a technology opportunity showcase that will demonstrate the numerous domains of application of the delID. The implementation will be done in close collaboration of major international companies well involve in those field of activities and with well recognize expertise. We have already some written confirmation of Schlumberger ( an important smartcard manufacturer ), Alcatel ( Worldwide telephone and cable manufacturer ) DMR and CMAC. We have a few other companies under negotiation and we will make the announcement at the proper time. Those companies will bring to delSECUR their expertise as well as their financial collaboration as sponsors. As you see on your sheet the first phase pertains to the scientific evaluation and covers the theoretical aspects. There are two research centers that are involved namely the CRIM and the MSU. They published the first part of their evaluation and they acknowledged the unique and innovative approach and its feasibility. They also confirm that the technology insures a total privacy for the user and we all know that it is an important concern in introducing a new authentication technology. In is presentation, Mr de Lanauze explained the characteristics of the privacy. Now we are preparing the second phase that consists essentially in laboratory tests of the technology. These tests will take place at the CRIM and will imply all the partners mentioned above. We have written confirmation by the CRIM that they intend to use the delID for door access at their new head office and this will be the first showcase application. As you can see the duration planned for this phase is two months. During this period we will complete the agreement with partners and plan the third phase, which is simulation of various commercial applications on an international basis. The total process is planned to be complete in seven months and in the meantime we will issue press releases to confirm the laboratory results and commercial agreements with partners. This complete my brief presentation and as a conclusion let me add that few comments. We are living the most important of our company history. It essential for us to work on an open test approach and develop deep business relation with partners during the pilot process because they will be our first users and we will be in good position to negotiate commercial license agreement and manufacturers license agreement.
