I think the relationship between STB and Dell isn't that strong at all. The vast majority of Dell systems is shipping with ATI cards; only the the very highest-end configurations have the STB RIVA TNT product. That's one reason why STB is suffering from manufacturing overcapacity in a period of high demand for graphics boards in general. It's the same deal with Gateway which ships Creative (Banshee) and ATI boards in many of its highest volume models.
