The best of the day was about 1130 I had sent fax #1 to the NASD, well I figure I would give them a few minutes to get it... about 1215 I call back and ask for the man assigned to us. Question "did you receive the fax" Answer "not yet, but there is a big pile of papers in the fax machine" Question "can you go check" Answer "yes hold" About 15 minutes go by I hang up and call back and get a different person. "xxx please" Answer "he went to lunch about 15 minutes ago and will be back around 1:15............" Yeah like Waterhouse tells people its the "company" doing this <LOL> KAA
