Chris, I have 115,000 shares and I gave a kid of ten 20,000 shares. Told him that in 2005, when he gets the license, he should be able to cash in for either a new Mercedes or a 1985 SAAB 900. Pacel will be around in 2005, I believe, and if worse comes to worst there'll be plenty of old SAABs to choose from. Many happy returns, Baldur F.
