Steve, I thought Bill R. came across very clear and succint; great analogy with the "super highway and dirt roads as the on/off ramps". We need to remember he is addressing alot of people who know very little about telecommunication companies. I agree with Ric D. about a possible future direction as a International ISP; makes a lot of sense and more importantly a large revenue stream. I think government contracts will continue the trend to + EBIDTA. Steve G: Did they say how they plan to decrease EBIDTA and become positive with the expand roll-out. I thought Bill R. stated on the conference call they would be positive by 2000-(not sure). Warm Regards, Gary
