fyi, I'm glad somebody understands the fundamentals about this sector. The TA still looks good and is getting better with each day. However, with today's increased volume, coupled with the general firm tone of the market, we should have seen LVEL take out 9 1/4 or, at the least, finish at the high for the day. Hopefully, it was an aberration and tomorrow will see a resumption of the upturn, otherwise we may have to revisit the mid to lower 8's and reload for another attempt. In any event I think the base is almost, if not completed, and we should be looking forward to about a 20 to 25 % pop in the price. Keep the faith. Best, Joe
