RCMT 19 3/4 +2 1/4 +12.86% yet another earnings play beats street. I would expect RCMT to start on an upswing from this report. It's above half way between its high and low for the year. It's relative performance for the year is about 86 and technical rank only a poor 44, so I would expect that gap to close in favor of the relative strength number.
