I don't know what that error message means but sometimes I would get that bad machine key error msg with I would try to download in the morning around 0700 hrs. I guess thats when they're updating the database or something, but when I tried it again later there was no problem. If your problem persists, email tech support. I hear the response is very good. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Good luck.
