Volume Mapping Addresses Data Integrity Issues In Storage Area Networks
ANAHEIM, Calif., Dec. 15, 1998 -- MTI Technology Corp. (Nasdaq:MTIC)
today announced the immediate availability of the company's Volume
Mapping feature for the Gladiator family of enterprise storage solutions. The
Volume Mapping feature will enhance storage management in a Fibre Channel
Storage Area Network (SAN) by intelligently allocating storage resources to
multiple hosts in SAN environments.

Seems like there is a profusion of software management support for SANs now.
