<<DSLAM was at the recent stockholders meeting.
I was told by a friend who was there...so this is not new. I wonder what
else is driving the price?

I am long on Amati...lurking...and enjoying and learning from the thread.>>

Of all the stocks and stories I follow, AMTX and xDSL have by far the most information available (white papers, company pages, whole sites dedication to xDSL) to the general public on the "Net". Along with the above AMTX has also attracted a core group of highly articulate and knowledgeable posters who are zealous about the technology (meaning do or die I will never sell). Add that to very speculative market that we are in right know (meaning a lot of little guys buying stocks that have access to all this info) one should expect to see pops such as we have seen today. The current run for AMTX is going to be short. IMHO. Till we get some announcements of concrete orders and earnings from AMTX it is just a story stock. While the story was compiling last year, it now much more fragmented (meaning more players cutting up the pie).

P.S What about two way satellites? Take a look at the current biz. week.
