As I said, for a shop the whole world is full of customers. For a customer, the whole world is a shop giving a lot of choice. I don't need to shop at my neighborhood anymore. If I get a good price, I buy my books from Venezuala, for that matter. AMZN's margins will remain very small. There is only so much the economy of scale brings.
