KZAP, The person that recently posted that they owned about 1%? of the shares of TNRG---Yes! KZAP, I agree that it appears like a significant share amount ( at least to me). You asked if I can explain why the stock has not moved up lately and what's holding it back? Yikes! I wish I knew the answers to those good questions---but since you asked and I'm a hopeful TNRG Shareholder but aware that all OTC-BB Stocks are high risk speculative plays ( JMO!) here are a few thoughts as to why in my opinion the stock price has not moved --at least to this point in time. #1. Tax Loss Selling? #2. Possibly several unhappy shareholders that bought at much higher price levels that initially were supporters maybe have now soured towards TNRG's potential thus reducing buying support and accumulation potential?--But! As we have seen many times what is one persons curse is another person's new found fortune! JMO! #3. It's been quite some time since TNRG has released news--thus putting the stock in a holding pattern with limited followers.JMO. #4. For some time now the stock has been trending on a downward spiral and possibly the people that have averaged down or have been buying at different price levels thinking they bought at the bottom may have become disenchanted wondering where the bottom really is? JMO! #5. Since at least to me TNRG has not even had a mini-rally in share price for some time there is no market attraction--no serious day trader trading, etc. JMO!--also no sense of trading urgency--you know--bettor buy it to-day as tomorrow may be too late scenario? JMO! #6. It's been difficult to monitor progress--i.e. shopping mall audit some have heard the audit is completed--so what can people speculate about? At this point the believability may be the hard part to grasp for some speculators i.e. what plans are in place to get the share price high enough to help finance the purchase of the shopping mall----with the shares trading at under .02 cents it could be very difficult to grasp or understand without some additional specifics released by TNRG! JMO! #7. To me it appears that some are concerned about the recent increased shares? JMO! Why? What is the money needed for? etc. JMO! #8. Some have expressed concern that Mr. Tilton has to much on the go? JMO! What's The Bright Side? I think there are positive possibilities here are some to consider but JMO! A. A new distribution of shareholders accumulating TNRG Shares at lower levels--less negative about higher price 1/2 year ago--because some of them weren't affectd by it? JMO! B. I can't say for sure but I have read the odd posting where a few shareholders appear to be holding large number of TNRG Shares--Trump Jr. was the latest example--and if we took his 1% + example and were able to find another 99 shareholders holding the same amount of shares that could indicate that a great deal of the outstanding shares are in friendly hands and possibly willing to wait out the price famine or at least waiting to see news surrounding the shopping mall audit, etc? JMO! C. MOOD SWINGS/SENTIMENT! If I use myself as an example there are days that I scratch my forehead wondering what am I doing owning shares in a stock that is under .02 cents? Then at other times I feel like I am on top of the world with the TNRG possibilities doing the old if just one of the projects can solidify we are on our way. Who knows it is possible that on any given day supported with good news and coincidentally the investment OTC-BB Community feeling a positive sentiment --then maybe with a big IF the TNRG story could begin to grow! JMO! Highly Speculative though! D. Dividend Spin-offs? This to me is a very hazy area but I consider it's possibility as a BONUS Potential. it could end up being a DUD or a Major Positive Surprise. JMO! E. The start of 1999 I'm guessing will be like all the starts of previous years---it will be the year to make good things happen financially--hopes will be high---speculators will be speculating-- and many will approach 1999 with a renewed vigor and positive attitude--how long will that renewed vigor last? Who Knows? Will it have an impact on TNRG? I'm betting YES! But! That's just my opinion. F. I feel that Mr. Tilton is awaiting the New Year before bringing his surprises to the forefront! I hope they are profitable and positive surprises. JMO! G. I also expect that with the start of 1999 we will see some new faces coming into the TNRG Arena....there are millions of investors ( JMO) and I think only a handful have thus far been actively involved in seriously following the TNRG developments or at least try to follow them.--Which to me means there is the potential that if, as and when news does finally begin to flow a much larger viewing audience is out there ready and waiting to be tapped. JMO! H. All this speculative potential and all for under .02 cents a share- all in all I am starting to get excited about TNRG's potential--maybe it's because I'm hoping that 1999 is the year that all the OTC-BB Investors have their best year ever--or maybe it's just being naieve and wishful thinking on my part. Time will tell. In closing--I realize that this was a lengthy posting and I am certainly no expert nor analyst--just a TNRG Speculator and shareholder that is hoping to make an impressive return on my high risk investment style.
