I agree that some people who poke holes in a redhot story may want the price to go down. That does not mean they are short selling. Could even be wanting to buy at a lower price!

But, is it possible to legally sell short a non-marginable pink sheet stock?

Do you know brokers who will let you do that?

Where will they find shares to lend for something with a float of 500K?

With such a float who will want to risk shorting when you may have to cover in no time at all?

And what is smart about shorting stocks with as much as a 25% spread between bid and ask?

If enthusiasm from a single round of mailing can take the price up like today, who in his/her right mind would short this stock at this juncture in the face of its current promoters?

As for asking legitimate questions about the uncritical and wildly optimistic hype in the so-called first issue of a newsletter which heaven knows who sent out, there might be some who "got in" @ $16 today who are now wishing they asked the questions first. May be it will go up and past that again shortly.

For the sake of all who bought, let us hope so.

This is an interesting story. All the more reason to get at the hard facts and cut through the fluff.
