So basically he claims EUTRO let this whole scenario come to pass as a way to buy stock cheap...I assume that would then lead to a price appreciation in the near future ?

Ive heard this scenario several times over the last week. Someone is buying a lot of shares or we 'd be subpenny....I guess the question is who benifits ? Is Eutro buying ? Are MM's buying ? Are the "4" entities buying...? Is this all conspricy 101 .....? I have no clue
