BTW, which member of the Fortune 200 is named Swartz Private Equity, LLC? Well, I guess we know why they drove the price up over the last few weeks. It ought to come right back down now that they've done the financing. Can you find any info on the terms of the warrants? Is this a floorless deal or do they have a set strike? The market doesn't seem to have liked it...
