Hello Pat, There were a series of little forks that popped off all across 1175 on the days activity. They all seemed to create a movement...but small ones. The market walked across 1175 all day long....following some 5 day forks pointing up.... Very hard to tell what was going to happen. At the end I intuitively felt the market would give up and follow the tines to the upside. <<Did I trade them>> These are [paper trades]...not each move...I did take a short at 2:00 which went against me for -2 points. I hold a long off the 1136 fork and held a long overnight from yesterday. I went long at the open....held it all day and sold at 3:45. [I did ask you about filling those morning pops] The morning forks all set up with weak structures....so I did not trade. I watched to see if the market would break down to sell the longs already in place. [I still have 2] Tomarrow I feel the market will continue following the 5 day forks with an upward positioning. I will probably open with a long. Will the Repulicans vote for impeachment...will that cause a stronge move....? Also tomarrow the 18th is a New Moon...ask your wife if it's in a favorable position.....>smile< I believe it is favorable. RUMOR One more bit of news.... This I heard on Peter Jennings evening news He announced that a rumor is circulating that during the 7:00pm News hour the new speaker of the house was in chambers with the republican leaders admitting that he has had numerous extra-marital affairs and was offeringing to step down as the new speaker for the majority.... >>>>>Now wouldn't that be something<<<<< Chip
