I missed the call also. I was having computer problems last evening (installing a new Hard Drive) so I missed the e-mail. I don't believe this one was recorded, but Tom said today they were going to make these calls regularly, so maybe they can do it next time. This will be very good to keep investors informed. I was told this morning that closing should be complete in less than 48 hours. Of course it could be delayed slightly, but I believe we are very close. There was heavy buying today, about 4 to 1, buying over selling, so more shorting was done. Lee
