That is absolutely NOT true.as a matter of a fact.Market makers are prohibited from talking to one another and discussing any kind of strategy to trade a specific stock..for a specific period and organize a buying and selling plan.. There are several NASD regs and SEC rules that specifically deal with this issue and as the SEC does more and more policing of these sites ..you will see heads roll..They are a little slow to catch up..but they are getting there...
