Curtis also spoke of an offer by defendants to settle the law suit, which I took to mean the shorting contingent, but he couldn't go into details. Since the fundamentals of the company are good, and shorts on the AMEX have to be made on the uptick, as opposed to what we are facing now, he felt this current problem will soon be over. I was most encouraged about his projection of $2 per share earnings within five years. Now that would be sweet. I will feel relieved to see us close over $3 when the acquisition is concluded. Mike
