Jay, do you know if anyone is working on "free Electron Lasers" (FEL) for this application?

I feel I have a decent understanding of the general market for semis and equips, and a moderate understanding of DUV lithography. However, when you get into the real technical stuff, I am way over my head.

However, I see in the prior post that Bob, as usual, graciously answered (I think) your question.
