Jay,

I increased the nets to 40 neurons and let them run all night. The nets did get a little more alike, but the results are still different enough to warrant more testing. The 10 period in december is still very different.

The part that leaves me confused is my assumption that given the same training dates ( allowing for 10 days after the end date ), the same training parameters, and the same network *should* give results that are nearly identical.

Let me know what Andrew says.
