There was a time when they would not let the transfer agent tell stockholders how many shares were issued for NPEC when the count was approaching 80 million. So, where does all the volume for MDIN trading come from? Let's see, MDIN management is compensated via stock as previously noted. Also, no income for MDIN so they have to pay the bills some way. At average price of 7 cents a share recently that's only $70,000 per million shares they sell. Could it be THAT'S where the volume comes from?, not shorts.
