FTEL - settled out of court with AT&T. AT&T was suing because FTEL bought flat rate 800 number from another company that in turn bought from AT&T and did not pay it's bills.

Probably FTEL had to pay nothing, or paid what they thought they would just piss away in lawyers fees only to end it.

That may have been holding the stock down, so perhaps it could move freely to higher levels.

Convertible preferreds are a bit worrying. Nothing financially remarkable here. Internet related so financials mean nothing.

Now they have to pay per minute for their 800 lines, this could be a cash drain they hadn't counted on.
