Market Makers can short unmarginable, unshortable stocks on the pink sheets...imagine the MM's, they can almost do anything. What is probably happening is naked short selling....With this type of short selling the market makers can pull shares out of thin air and short them, so essentially there is really more than a 500k share float. It seems unfair, but the MM's can do it!! Matt P.S. That's assuming they are shorting the stock!! I'm not saying there is shorting going on. With this type of small float this could be merely buying and selling!! P.P.S. Here is the statement made by AXPL regarding the internet recommendation. From the way I read it the company agrees with everything that was in the recommendation!
