hey.... check out what I found on Edgars..... edgar-online.com Form S-8 for LAMINAIRE CORP filed on Dec 15 1998 seems that the company has put aside 1Million shares for employees to sell to them at a MAXIMUM of 15cents each... soooo... does this mean that we should run out and buy more shares at the current price and be in lower than the insiders???.... HO HO HO...
