Last time Dell formed a base around 62 or so, putting
everybody to sleep. Then it started to rally, and it
was at 100 and something before you knew whether to
shit or wind your wristwatch. Then it split, then it ran
some more. Then the market crashed....

So now would be the time to buy shares, cause when Dell
starts to rally, it goes fast.

But in my opinion, FWIW, we rally through earnings season,
then we have our bi-annual "tech wreck" around mid February
through the spring. Then it will be bargain time again. That's
why I'm playing these with options right now.
