Anybody else, faced with Saddam's provokings and understanding the inevitable impeachment vote, would have known in advance that his action would be viewed skeptically worldwide. Anyone with integrity would have immediately resigned and allowed an authentic military effort to be be conducted by his successor.

But we know the size of Clinton's self-worth.
