Yes, they are just distributing it. I see it also as just an attention grabber. Attention is what internet companies need. As to the software, I'm not savvy as to what is out there and what isn't, but this software sounds pretty powerful--what I'm not clear on is if it does any more than what one could do for him/herself by just performing backups. Is it significantly more convenient? Could it really be a 'killer app' and if so why? Regarding the Y2K I assume most people will just do a backup a day or so before the turnover. Ted
