Important note..

Some one mentioned here that the investors whom bought the convertible debtitures might haved tried to drive the stock down to these levels. I don't believe they would want to do that because the most amount of shares they can receive is 1,948,100. This number was taken from an old SEC filing. Unless the investors converted at high prices already in May thru June when the stock hovered between four and five. because of that the investors really have no adavntage to loweing the stock price even more as some thought in previous posts. Infact, at this price the investors are losing money. I think that we should see some revenue growth this quarter and if a profit appears the stock will rise too. I am looking at revenue upside of at least $800,000. Anything more would be great. That would show growth quarter/quarter of more than 60%. Since the statements will not break down exactley which products the revenue will come from ie.. h.Pylori or Cholestrek. We can expect at least $500,000 from cholestrek (That was last quarters number) and the rest from H. Pylori. Any thoughts on the numbers? These were just IMO and off the top of my head.

As Always,

Art
