I asked you to specify the SEC rule or regulation you allege TMex is in violation of. Instead of stating the applicable rule or regulation, you have again merely repeated your OPINIONS. I am not interested in your opinions. I am interested only in facts and applicable law, particularly the SEC rule or regulation. You are lucky that you are not in a courtroom and I am not a judge, else I would laugh at your OPINIONS and throw you out of my courtroom.
