Clinton lied and asked others to do so for him.> Clinton had four independant legal experts state, in writing, that he did not perjure himself under oath. Perjury is a technical legal term, and is not the same as misleading. It is not as if Clinton did not have the legal resources to ascertain the safest course of action under the circumstances. Either he perjured himself or he didn't. The acid test is whether a pure legal litmus paper will be applied or a partisan paper...
