If the NASDAQ's minimum net tangible assets requirement can be met in this fashion, what's the point of even having them?

Most likely, that's exactly the question NASDAQ will ask at its January hearing for KTEL. Customers may buy the product but only suckers buy the stock. (of course, excluding insiders with sweet options deals) IMO, KTEL is a goner.
