I looked at the Sofamor annual report yesterday. They are flying. It certainly looks like a good move on both their parts. I haven't done all the math, but I'm not at all worried about the PE here. I also see more acquisition activity. There is nothing to slow their growth through acquisition that I can see and they seed the pipeline well in advance by funding these startups. ttf
